As someone who works in the local healthcare community, I’ve had several opportunities to coordinate with the team at Napa Post Acute. Their admissions process is seamless, and they are very communicative during patient transitions. It’s always a relief knowing a patient is headed to a facility where the staff is attentive and the clinical coordination is handled with such professionalism. Great partner in care for the Napa area
This is my 2nd time here. Recovering from a hip replacement 2 times. The staff of CNA’s, nurses, the wound care nurses are very caring, helping me in my recovery! The physical therapist are wonderful in helping me to walk. And be able to go home and back to my life! The food is good and nutritional. It’s a great place for recovery.
