BEST FOOD EVER!!! The dietary team here at Napa Post is second to none! Delicious meals served daily! Literally nothing better than a delicious warm meal when you are trying to rest and recover.

I call my dad here almost every day and they never answer, and when they do they just transfer me to a nursing station where I either get voicemail or a nurse will say they’ll help him call me back and then never do. He picked that nursing home to be close to the cancer center down the street and he’s been there 2/3 months and hasn’t had one cancer treatment yet. I have to drive almost 2 hours to see him just to make sure he’s still alive. I’m terrified the next call i get back from there is them telling me he’s gone and i didn’t even get to talk to him on the phone first.

This place neglect, their patients terribly do not go here.

Napa Post Acute has an outstanding team that truly cares about their residents and families. The facility is clean and welcoming, the food is decent, and the nurses and cna’s provided compassionate, professional care that made a real difference in my moms recovery.

Worst care ever!

I would not wish this facility on anybody. Suggestions: More parking for visitors. Loading zone for pick up and drop off. But most importantly, I did not feel welcome. There was no one at the front desk, no one to give me directions to my husband’s room, No one to tell me what was going to happen next, no doctor until the last day when I insisted that he be released. You changed his room 3 times with very little explanation, the nurses were glued to their computers and did not identify which nurse was assigned to him, and at one point had to call out (or shall I say Yell) for attention. Staff was noisy during the night, laughing and giggling, causing him to get angry and lose sleep. No activities except for a few measly minutes min the gym. Your grounds are dirt, full of gym and other junk, and generally not welcome for a pleasant lunch outdoors. 2 tables, dirty, no chairs and not in welcoming places (if one could find them at all). I suggest someone go to The Meadows for a very different welcome, lovely grounds, and a front desk with people who are welcoming, responsive, and ready to help. The one person who was helpful was Linda and once in a while Jeff. But, bottom line, awful place to be confined. I would not recommend it to anyone, and if it came to another need for a care home, I would take him home and not subject him to those cold and unwelcoming conditions again. As someone who works in the local healthcare community, I’ve had several opportunities to coordinate with the team at Napa Post Acute. Their admissions process is seamless, and they are very communicative during patient transitions. It’s always a relief knowing a patient is headed to a facility where the staff is attentive and the clinical coordination is handled with such professionalism. This is my 2nd time here. Recovering from a hip replacement 2 times. The staff of CNA’s, nurses, the wound care nurses are very caring, helping me in my recovery! The physical therapist are wonderful in helping me to walk. And be able to go home and back to my life! The food is good and nutritional. It’s a great place for recovery.

I had an excellent experience with this post-acute skilled nursing facility while my relative was recovering, and I can confidently give it five stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. The nursing team was not only highly skilled but also consistently patient and responsive, making sure my relative was comfortable and well cared for at all times. The rehabilitation services were outstanding. Therapists were knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping patients regain strength and independence. Communication was another major highlight—staff kept our family informed, answered questions clearly, and made us feel involved in the care process.

Place is great and the Physical therapy team is amazing! Highly recommend.
