Life at Napa Post Acute
We believe a welcoming environment can make a meaningful difference during recovery. Napa Post Acute offers a gentle daily structure with opportunities to socialize, stay active, enjoy familiar interests, and make new connections. We offer five to seven activities each day, with programs designed around residents’ capabilities, interests, and needs.

“Napa Post Acute has an outstanding team that truly cares about their residents and families. The facility is clean and welcoming, the food is decent, and the nurses and cna’s provided compassionate, professional care that made a real difference in my moms recovery.”

“A kinder more capable and caring staff would be hard to find. I can’t say enough about how great it is. If I could give it 10 stars I would.”

Courtyard and Common Spaces
Our environment is designed to feel welcoming and comfortable rather than institutional. Residents and families can enjoy shared spaces and opportunities for social connection throughout the community.

Social Services
Our social services team assists residents and families during the transitional periods that can accompany illness, hospitalization, rehabilitation, and discharge. Our team provides essential information, manages requests and concerns, and helps residents and families participate in care planning and discharge planning.
